. The Rotary Club of Narre Warren helps the Operation Newstart Casey. Operation Newstart is a personal development program for ‘at risk’ youth aged between 14 -16 years, who reside within the City of Casey. We also accepted an exchange student from Bremen in Germany. Moreover, this year we sponsored a student enabling her to attend the National Youth Science Forum and sponsored an outbound student to stay in Düsseldorf, Germany for one year.
