Harry Oakes Reserve is a public park located in Song St, Narre Warren. Last year the City of Casey added a playground to the park, but there is little in the way of other facilities. The Rotary Club of Narre Warren have formed a sub committee to run a club project to add more faculties such as seating, shelter and light recreational activities to this park for better comfort and community use.
Harry Oakes was our clubs first President when our club was formed in 1976 and went on to be a District Governor for Rotary District 9820 and serve the Berwick / Narre Warren community in many ways. Having a history with Harry Oakes makes this park very special to Rotary Narre Warren and we are looking forward to building the park into a great area for the people and families in the area.
